RUSEA Committee on Problems of Energy and Resource Efficient Chemical Technologies
The Kosygin State University of Russia, the Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Public Associations and the All-China Association for Science and Technology, together with leading universities and scientific organizations, are holding on October 21, 2021 as part of the Third International Kosygin Forum at the Russian State University named after A.N. Kosygin (Technology. Design. Art) International Science and Technology Symposium (ISTS).

The problems of safe and secure Technologies of the Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Associations (RUSEA), Chairman of the Presidium of the RAS, Academician of the RAS Yu.V. created a Council on Energy Efficient Problems. Gulyaev.
At the instance of a group of specialists in chemical technology, the Committee on Problems of Energy and Resource Efficient Chemical Technologies of the Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Associations (RUSEA), headed by a member of the Russian academy of sciences (RAS) Presidium, prof. Gulyaev.
The Presidium of the Committee includes prominent scientists in the field of chemical technologies from various regions of Russia, from abroad, including representatives of universities, industry and academic research institutes, industrial enterprises and private business.
Consolidation of scientists within the framework of the Committee will allow solving the problems of chemical technologies in accordance with the main promising directions of development of scientific and technological progress and the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 05/07/2018.
One of the directions of the Committee’s work is to improve the teaching of engineering chemistry disciplines, to organize professional and public accreditation of educational programs and certification of specialists.
The committee is based at the Kosygin State University, Institute of Chemical Technologies and Industrial Ecology, at the department: “Energy and resource efficient technologies, industrial ecology and safety”, created on the basis of two departments of processes and devices of chemical technology.
